My Snoring Solution Review
If you are just like me, getting a peaceful rest is a must have for any busy individual. That’s great and all, however it’s not only about you, but about your friends and family as well. I am a deep sleeper by nature, and unfortunately a heavy snorer as well. This was never really a problem as all throughout my twenties I lived as a bachelor by myself, however eventually when I met my wife, snoring became a big issue.
I never really thought of snoring as a problem before, but let me tell you, my wife made it clear that it was a big problem! See unlike myself, my wife is a light sleeper. While I can sleep through an earthquake, my wife easily awakes to the slight creek of a floor board. So being a heavy snorer really put a strain on our relationship.
I tried everything to stop my snoring. I tried to breathing strips you stick to your nose, and I even considered having surgery. I really loved my wife, and I didn’t want to be a burden on her. I knew my snoring was a problem that I had to fix, and I needed to fix it fast as I felt it was starting to put a strain on our relationship. I mean seriously, are we supposed to sleep in different rooms? Definitely not an option.
I almost gave up completely until I came across My Snoring Solution. If you are not familiar with the product, basically you wear it on your head and it basically prevents you from snoring. When I first saw the ad for it I was thinking “you got to be kidding me”, I mean was I really going to wear that on my head every night? However desperate to solve my snoring problem I decided to give it a try, and boy I am glad I did!
I’m not going to lie to you, it takes a while to get used to. I mean it’s basically a wrap you put on your head, and it definitely does take a while to get used to. However after a few nights of using it you definitely get used to it. It still looks stupid, but it really is a small cost to pay if you are really concerned with your snoring.
As far as effectiveness all I can say it definitely works. I am not going to say it is 100%, but I would say it stops the heavy snoring, and at worse there is just some heavy breathing (or at least I am told). It definitely works better than those nose strips, and if you have ever used them, you know if you are a real heavy snorer those don’t help too much.
I know after using it my wife and I can now both get a peaceful nights rest every night. My snoring solution has definitely been a life saver, and I can honestly say that it has helped me to stop my snoring, which in turn has helped me and my wife’s relationship.
I know there are also health benefits as well to not snoring, however my main use was “noise reduction”. If you have a significant other or roommate etc. that is bothered by your snoring (or you think is), you should definitely give My Snoring Solution a try.
